Reservations and Ticketing Agent (Airline) - Hemas Holdings PLC
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Maintaining required customer service standards
• To facilitate and provide all types of flight related information to travel agents, corporate clients, passengers or any other inquiries on reservations, fares and ticketing with quality and accuracy according to the required service standards
• To establish and maintain good business relationships with travel agents and all customers
• Be a team player who assist the Reservation & Ticketing team
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Fully or partly qualified in the Managerial Level in IATA - UFTAA from a recognized institute
• A minimum 2 years of overall experience in airline reservations and ticketing
• A sound knowledge in ticketing and hands on experience in using an Airline Reservation System
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
