Research and Development Executive - Fonterra Brands
WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
• Identify gaps in product designs, review & re-engineer existing assortment.
• Plan and execute Liquid and Cultured product development and research projects for SL and the cluster
• Work closely with Nutritionist and Regulatory teams for developing the new products
• Assist Procurement for sourcing of specialty ingredients
• Analyse trends and developments in local and global dairy market to generate new product development ideas
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized local or foreign university in the field of Food Science, Food Technology, chemistry, nutrition or agriculture degrees majoring in Food Science and Technology
• Have at least 3 years' experience in new product development
• Project management skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Good computer literacy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
