Relationship Officer - Cargills (Ceylon) PLC
Your key responsibilities will include,
Implementing the HR’s objectives, and Policies according to the Organization's mission and strategic objectives.
Liaising with the Group HR in all matters relating to Recruitment 84 Selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relation and Employee Communication.
Ensuring that the well—being of employees are taken care of at all times.
Managing disciplinary procedures.
Managing security staff to provide an effective, efficient, customer oriented / friendly security service.
Managing company owned and hired delivery trucks and other vehicles.
Ensuring company premises, buildings are well maintained, with timely repairs and effecient janitorial services.
Maintaining cordial relations with all stakeholders.
Required Skills Experience
Professional Qualification in the field of Human Resource or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage).
Should have a good understanding on all laws applicable pertaing to employee
relations,
Age: 30 to 45 Years
Should be a team player with good leadership skills.
Should beiiuent in both Sinhala &Tami| languages.
Fluent in English and computer literacy are pre requisites.
Should be organized, proactive and have a positive attitude.
