Role Accountabilities:
· Strengthening existing relationships whilst securing new business opportunities specially amongst the Chinese segment transacting business in Sri Lanka.
· Conduct customer visits to build relationships and monitor progress.
· Cross sell the banks products
· Uphold the banks image in all interactions.
· Build strong networks and pursue business opportunities within the large Chinese corporates in Sri Lanka
Qualifications:
· A degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.
Work Experience:
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial related industry (is preferred but not mandatory)
Skills & Capabilities:
· Fluency in Chinese language (mandatory)
· Good communication skills in English (both written & oral)
· Excellent interpersonal relations
· Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making skills
