Job Profile
- Responsible for the region’s overall sales results and forecasting, sales tracking.
- Achieve the regional sales targets by effective engagement with sales teams and partners.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Manage effective communication with regional sales Team and partners.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Job Specification
- Proven track record and ability to drive sales teams.
- Willingness to travel and work in any region assigned.
- Possess a Bachelors’ Degree or an equivalent professional qualification
- 2-6 years’ experience selling Mobile devices or Retail sales/FMCG.
- IT, Mobile & Wearable Industry Knowledge.
- Experience on training sales staff.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/Power Point/Excel and related business and communication tools.
