Job Profile

  • Responsible for the region’s overall sales results and forecasting, sales tracking.
  • Achieve the regional sales targets by effective engagement with sales teams and partners.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Manage effective communication with regional sales Team and partners.
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Job Specification

  • Proven track record and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work in any region assigned.
  • Possess a Bachelors’ Degree or an equivalent professional qualification
  • 2-6 years’ experience selling Mobile devices or Retail sales/FMCG.
  • IT, Mobile & Wearable Industry Knowledge.
  • Experience on training sales staff.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/Power Point/Excel and related business and communication tools.
