Regional Manager — North Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceedcorporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly and Weekly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
Specific Requirements:
3+ years' experience of Mobile industry in the executive role is a must
Completion of SLIM or CIM would be an added advantage
English & Tamil language working proficiency and supplier handing ability
A valid driving license
The person will be responsiblefor the North Region which covers the followingareas : Jaffna / Kalmunai / Mannar/ Vauniya / Anuradhapura /Dambulla / Polonnaruwa
