Quality Offcer - Laboratory
Job Description
• Should be able to maintain the Quality System Documentation related to ISO 15189:2012
• Ensuring that the quality management system is implemented and maintained.
• Reporting to Laboratory Management on the performance of the quality management system and needs for improvement.
• Ensuring that all laboratory staff are aware of, and involved in the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
Entry Requirement
• Age between 25 - 35 years.
• A bachelor's degree or related certification, preferably in a science or quality management specialty
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• A combination of analytical, communication and reasoning skills to accurately and efficiently run a lab is a must
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Proficiency in other languages will be a distinct advantage)
• Being confident and focused
• Team player with dynamic personality & positive attitude
