Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining test strategies & test planning
- Perform test design & the development of test scenarios
- Contribute to the development of automation scripts
- Configure & maintain test environments & continuous integration
- Carry out Mobile device testing on different operation systems
- Carry out API test execution on SOAP - UI & REST Client
- Perform test execution, analyze test results, & communicate test results to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge in software testing processes, practices, & test design techniques
- Experience in test automation using open source tools such as Selenium & Appium
- Solid Knowledge in OOP concepts & coding standards
- Knowledge on REST API is an advantage
- A solid practical understanding of Agile Software Testing & Software Engineering concepts
- Hands on experience in Exploratory testing
- Excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Thirst for learning & regularly updating knowledge
- Testing & Agile related certifications would be an added advantage
