POST OF EXECUTIVE - QUALITY ASSURANCE

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years' Experience as MT with involvement in quality management ,or
• BSc. in Medical Laboratory Science or related discipline and minimum 3 years' Experience as MT with involvement in quality management, or
• MSc. in related discipline and minimum 2 year Experience as MT with involvement in quality management
• Be Computer literate (MS Office)
• Have strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Be a Team Player who can withstand pressure and maintains a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Should maintain proficiency testing and other alternative assessment documentation in the laboratory
• Should have knowledge and experience in sample collection activities and testing activities of medical testing.
• Should be able to conduct audits on any aspects of the laboratory process.
• Should be familiar with ISO 15189:2012 standard and other related accreditation schemes.
• Should be able to prepare standard operating procedures and related documentation (Sound
• knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Should be able to execute document control in the QMS of the lab.
• Should be familiar with all safety related policies and procedures to ensure proper execution them in the lab.
