Applications are invited for all candidates to fill the Purchasing Officer Job Role at Richard Pieris and Company PLC


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities in the IT procurement function
  • Research potential vendors
  • Ensure products & services are purchased in the most cost effective and time efficient manner
  • provide and evaluate offers/quotes from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review specifications Of purchased products against purchase order
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, maintenance contracts, delivery information, invoices and bills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • IT related product knowledge is essential
  • Previous experience in purchasing IT related equipments and contacts negotiation will be an added advantage
