IMMEDIATE VACANCIES - PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary :
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis and review deliveries against the orders. Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information
• Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods
• Liaison with other departments on behalf of purchasing requirements
• Produce and maintain all reports
Requirements :
•Age below 30 Yrs.
• Fair knowledge in purchasing procedure is essential.
• Strong negotiation ability along with excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
• Extensive experience in using MS Office
• Dynamic person with minimum Two-years working experience in similar capacity is essential.
• Previous working experience in ERP System related to paints / Chemicals / Pigments or Solvents will be preferred.
• Qualified in Purchasing Management in recognized institute will be an added advantage.
