All eligible applicants are invited to apply for a vacancy of Project Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
To carry out the role successfully, we are looking for someone with:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or a construction related discipline, preferably with relevant professional membership
- Minimum 10 years’ project management experience in luxury hotel developments or mixed-use developments
- Strong in construction management with working knowledge of development processes, construction sequences and details
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required for all project sites
- Track record in managing contracts of complex nature
- Knowledge in local languages and construction regulations of the site location
- Possess high integrity, uncompromised ethics and business conduct
- Result-oriented and hands-on
- Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
