Job Description

- Combines strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology
- Work in close coordination with Chief Customer Officer and other Departmental Heads to drive and implement the Customer Experience strategy across Daraz Sri Lanka.
- Build scalable processes and organize to ensure sustainable growth
- Build strong relationships with Heads of Departments across Daraz Sri Lanka
- Lead the direct and indirect resources to improve Customer experience
- Ensure the challenging targets related to Customer Satisfaction is achieved.
- Lead and drive the continuous improvement process of customer experience.
Requirements
- 3 years of work experience in a tech or start up environment, with minim 2 years leading and managing projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading a high-performance team
- Strong skills in problem-solving, balancing strong analytical and quantitative thinking with a creative mindset
- Passion for data analysis and product/process improvement
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhalese. Fluency in Tamil would be an asset
- Highly structured and action driven with ability to easily understand complex business processes
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / PMP Certification is preferred.
