Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of PMO experience
• Experience in raising invoices for the services provided to customer
• Experience in trend analysis of revenue and cost to identify reasons for variations and their impact in profitability
• Preparing the budgeting & quarterly forecasting for the project based on the past quarter actuals
• Growth rate of projects and submitting to the Project Manager
• Chasing the SOW with client partners for the expiring contracts & for New CR
• Analyzing forecast v/s actual month on month and quarter wise to find out why there is a dip or increase in Revenue with valid reasons and updating the same to the Project Manager
• Monthly billing of the projects, invoice generation and maintaining financial score card
• Passing accruals for the invoices not raised for the month
• Project tracking, coordinating with customer on extension of work orders and maintaining the records
