Production Assistant (Trainee)
Role Summary
Take incharge of dispatching of all finished goods intime accuratly in the production process.
Key Areas:
- Ordering daily requirement of material from the raw material stores and physical verification with transfer note and receival through ERP.
- Despatching of finished goods to despatch stores through ERP daily as per the packing lists taking in to account in the inspection dates.
- Physical verification of raw materials receival from stores through ERP.
- Preparing packing lists relavant to the inspection dates/deadlines inline with production.
- Participate for the WIP counting and prepare weekly production progress report.
- Maintain relavant documents as per ISO 9001 :2015.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal age threshold be 35 or below and prefer male candidates.
- G.C.E. A/L in Commerece/Maths stream
- Working Experience in production field would be an Added Advantage.
- Willing to work extended hours when needed.
- Knowledge in using MS Office, Google apps such as e mail, etc.
- Working level of written and oral English communication skills.
