WHAT WE EXPECT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software product management, project management, or business analysis
- Holding a Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
- Prioritize and define roadmap based on customer scenarios
- Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders including finance to deliver business-specific value

- Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love
- Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of the product and do necessary initiatives with the help of other teams such as design, development, and other support teams
- Define product strategies and translate them into detailed requirements
- Execute all the product life cycle processes for products
- Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
- Documenting findings and wireframing them for a visual demonstration
- Analyzing consumer research data and recording product defects
- Determining improvements to product features
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals
- Creating product roadmaps with sufficient data and market trends
- Perform quality assurance controls on products
- Preparing project status and risk management reports
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure proper positioning of the products
- Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
