You should ideally;
- possess at least 6 years of post-qualifying executive experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to marketing
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- have experience in a product development role preferably for the niche market
- have a strong drive and business orientation
- possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality
- have excellent communication and people management skills
- be tech savvy and also familiar with presentation and analytical skills
You will be responsible for;
- formulation of detailed plans to achieve the Bank’s envisaged strategic objectives pertaining to the Pinnacle and Prestige products
- driving the Pinnacle & Prestige concept across the branch network and facilitate the implementation of strategies that would contribute to the market share and profitability
- achieving challenging growth targets of the Bank’s Pinnacle & Prestige portfolios whilst ensuring profit maximization
- providing substantial inputs for the development of innovative products targeted to meet the needs of identified customer segments
- attending to marketing and promotional activities
