Job Profile
- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the projects
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on issues regarding procurement Terms & Conditions
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
Person Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing / Supply chain management / Logistics from a reputed University or institute
- Fresh graduates in the relevant field are encouraged to apply
- Good Spoken and written communication skills
- Ability in multitasking and customer service skills
- High level of IT proficiency
