Process Control Assistant (Soap Plant)
The Job
The position will be responsible for the achievement of production targets, process improvement, productivity improvement, operational excellence, waste management while focusing on PQCDSM. The candidate should be able to work on shift basis including night shift while leading the workforce and ensuring a safe working environment.
The Person
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Science/NDT/Diploma in Production management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or an institute with at least one-year experience in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to SAP, OHSAS, ISO, 6S, KAIZEN and GMP whilst being qualified in Lean/Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt, will be advantageous. Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office packages is essential to perform this role and the candidate should possess sound communication skills.
