- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge to Customers and Partners
- Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits Customer needs
- Provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams by drafting presentations, material for workshops & RFPs
- Prepare pricing and related documents for submission to potential customers.
- Ability to delivery awesome presentations
- Ability to create, compose and edit written material
- 1 – 3 years' experience in a similar kind of a role.
- Experience in the Telco industry. Exposure in VAS products such as SMSC, MMSC, Messaging gateway, IVR etc would be a definite advantage.
- Willing to travel short term to customer sites in America, Africa and APAC regions.
