Scope
As the Pattern Technologist, you will be reporting to the Manager – Technical. You will be responsible for pattern creation from development and grading through to bulk production, in line with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and T&A plan.
 
Responsibilities

• Prepare, plot and digitize patterns, develop samples, evaluate samples for fit, and ensure that technical parameters are approved for new designs/concepts developed by the Design and Product Development team.
• Prepare molding hats and evaluate and define depth and diameter collaborating with the Molding and Fabric Technician.
• Understand customer specifications and develop patterns in line with the T&A plan.
• Work with internal stakeholders in providing pattern-related technical inputs and achievement of functional KPIs.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Chemistry/ Textile Engineering/ Clothing Technology
• 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience in the washing function with strong knowledge of development, planning, QA & technical processes
