Job Description
- Manage day to day operational channel responsibilities for Facebook, Google and ensure data visibility in the form of reporting to local online marketing manager, and central channel manager.
- Provide local insights, and trends to the central channel manager to contribute to the overall channel strategy and performance while acting as the local owner for the channel.
- Research and analyze competitor advertisement. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Keep up-to-date on paid digital trends, features, and announcements and implement new features across campaigns where appropriate.
- Collaborate on other related projects as needed, providing insight and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Marketing / Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Having 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing.
- Needs to have an understanding of SEO.
- Familiarity with PPC ad platforms (Ad Words & Facebook) will be added advantage.
- Needs to be well versed in running Facebook and Google campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, both written and verbal.
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast paced and pressurized work environment and good knowledge of retail E commerce ecosystem.
