OFFICE ASSISTANT - Odel PLC

Responsibilities:

  • Overall Supervision and management for Tea service endcleaning
  • Handling refreshments for meetings presided over by the chairman
  • Ensure maintenance / wash — up of items of cutlery items
  • Assist to maintain adequate stock of sundry items for preparation of tea/coffee
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas at all times liaising with the cleaning service
  • Assist with other office related as and when required
  • Communicate with staff/visitors in a friendly manner
  • To be well — presented and demonstrate excellent hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Age between 30 - 45 years

1 — 2 work experience
