Applicants are invited for the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at the Project Management Unit (PMU) / District Project Management Units (DPMUs) of the Smallholder Tea and Rubber Revitalization (STaRR) Project in Colombo, funded by the Government of Sri Lanka and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Project areas are Ampara, Monaragala, Badulla, Galle, Matara, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Rathnapura districts. Project duration is 6 years (2016-2021). The objective of the project is to develop more productive, profitable and resilient economic activities of tea and rubber smallholders in the project areas. The key components of the project are : (A) Tea smallholders Development (B) Rubber smallholders Development (C) Rural Financing, and (D) Project Management component.
