Mobile Manual Test Lead (6 to 8 years)

• Experience of mobile (Android and iOS) and Web application testing
• Smart devices testing experience
• Should be a strong advocate for the Quality process while working with various teams.
• Should be able to understand client business processes and their pain points.
• Should be able to find any requirement gaps in early stages of developments within Customer business processes and documented requirements.
• Should be able to identify/communicate high priority/severity Issues/Defects in requirements early in project delivery cycles.
• Very proficient to lead/drive Static/Functional/Regression/UAT/End to End & Integration Testing activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering team to understating the testing requirements and maintain transparency on QA processes and test status.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams, and track them through their lifecycle
• Work/liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Explaining defects, reproduction steps, test plans, and different quality assurance efforts
• Attend development meetings (stand-ups, kick-offs, retrospectives) and design sessions with teams and clients.
• Good in written and verbal communication

 
Mobile Manual Tester – Consultants (3 to 5 years), Engineers (1-2 years)

• Good understanding of mobile (Android and iOS) and Web application testing
