The Job
You will effectively co-ordinate the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre-defined delivery targets that will delight our customers. You will manage your T&A’s and bear responsibility for 100% customer co-ordination. You will also record and distribute weekly updates and will co-ordinate with the planning team to achieve committed delivery deadlines. You will need to maintain up to date status reports on all orders and will be responsible for driving 100% OTD. You will be expected to understand and be an expert in related processes and systems. You will be the single point owner of a customer account and will manage the entire process from development and order confirmation to delivery.
The Person
The candidate should hold a degree or should possess an academic/professional qualification in marketing. Preference will be given to those who have relevant industry experience around two years and should have applicable knowledge on fabric, trims and garments with various finishes. Attention to detail, a structured and disciplined work approach, the ability to deliver results on time and ability to work under pressure are essential competencies. You need to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
