MARKETING MANAGER
The Job Role
- Develop marketing plans and budgets
- Set KPI's and ROI's for digital and social media marketing strategies across all brands to ensure bigger market presence
- Drive online revenue of E-commerce channel through effective marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and organize digital brand campaigns to drive traffic towards both online and offline channels
- Manage and create strategic relationships with relevant partners
- Plan and create social media content, campaigns and advertising strategies
- Re-engineer the present CRM system
- Maintain excellent public relations by creating viable partnerships with media
- Build and lead a team to excellence
The ideal candidate should
- Possess relevant professional / academic qualifications (SLIM / CIM)
- Posses proven track record of success in marketing strategies
- Be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in Financial services / Insurance will be an added advantage
- Be a team player and capable of leading a team effectively
- Have ability to strive in a fast-paced environment
- Be a resourceful, efficient and independent
