Manager - Projects.
The person we are looking for should have,
- BSc civil engineering degree
- Shall be a corporate member of IESL
- Minimum 5 years work experience of which 2 years in the same capacity
- Experience in project feasibility studies, ability to prepare project drawings, BOQs, Quantity
- surveying, interior designing, evaluation of proposals & project management are essential requirements
- Communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
- Should be conversant in Microsoft Office packages & AutoCAD
- A good team player
- A proactive, self-motivated and target oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Age below 40 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Be conversant in planning, scheduling, quality assurance, cost engineering, time management, and all project deliverables
- Manage a team
- Manage material and manpower requirement
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subordinates, local authorities
- Ability to propose and implement concepts for process optimization
- Performance of process audits
- Achieve high quality workmanship to comply with international standards
