Manager — Production
The Job
The position will directly report to the Head of Manufacturing. The incumbents' primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient management of the Personal Care Production plant and related 3P plants. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the plants with right productivity in a cost-effective manner which conforms to deliver the right quality in right time by aligning with world class safety practices. the incumbent will play a role in terms of facilitating and forming strategies for personal care manufacturing, which is aligned to the business strategy, whilst ensuring a positive environment/culture is established amidst the workforce
The Person
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or a related field. The individual must possess a Degree or Higher educational qualification in Chemical and Process Engineering/ Production Management or in a relevant field,
obtained from a recognized University/ Institute. The candidate must be computer literate and should have good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of minimum two years within the relevant capacity is mandatory. Knowledge and exposure towards lean manufacturing practices and TPM would be an added advantage.
