Responsibilities
• Creating performance analytics dashboards - to gather business metrics/indicators as per requirement.
• Measure and manage online content /paid campaigns- SEO, SEM, GDN, UAC etc
• Track SEO, SEM and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
• Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility & engagement
• Monitor/Analyse customer sentiment across all platforms
• Create editorial calendars, syndication of schedules, capture data, metrics, insights
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
• Make recommendations/use digital tools to provide a better understanding of the platform and gain deep analytics
Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably experience in ecommerce
• A bachelors or equivalent in marketing
• Experience in performance marketing- SEO, SEM, GDN, UAC, Google Analytics etc
• Experience in range of digital tools: analytics/performance marketing/dashboards etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working with agencies/agency operations
