Job Profile

• Assist In developing, Implementing and monitoring Performance Management programs, policies, processes and tools

• Administer end to end annual and mid-year performance reviews In coordination with Compensation & Benefits unit

• Monitor completion of development plans, KPIs and staff feedback reviews and suggest possible solutions for poor performers through coaching and development Initiative

• Liaise with Learning & Development team to address development needs/skills gaps Identified for any specific roles through Performance Management process

• Comply with Bank' job rotation policy and liaise with business units and Recruitment team to ensure possible staff rotation plans are actioned and report MI to Senior Management

• Manage the Job Evaluation process and act as the custodian of Job Descriptions and Structures

• Support to develop and implement technology driven Performance Management process and carry out user trainlngs and support any concerns related to HRIS module by developing communications, user awareness materials etc.

 

Special Skills

• Good communication skills

• Familiarity with all aspects of performance management, KPI monitoring,

• Reward schemes and Job Evaluations

• Sound understanding of HRMS systems

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-year experience out of which 4 years at Deputy/Manager level in HR

• A Degree or a full/part professional qualification in Human Resources Management
