Prerequisites
- Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of BPO, payroll or related experience.
- Up to date knowledge and experience of relevant payroll and employment legislation
- Excellent command of the English language
- Expertise in the use of MS - Office packages and HRIS system
- Ability to interact with all levels of people/foreign clients
- Should be able to work under pressure keeping to strict deadlines
