Responsibilities
- Set up marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Oversee current orrerings and come up with initiatives to market products and services
- Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed reports and presentations ror the senior management.
- Work within the departmental budgets to develop cost — effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Align marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to data analgsis and other feedback.
- Managing ATL, BTL campaigns including digital media activations.
Requirements
- A minimum experience of 3 gears in a similar position, preferablu in the education industry.
- Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing,
- SLIM or CIM qualifications will be added an advantage
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creativelg devising and leading across channels in marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Good leadership skills with a strong (ommand of English
- Solid knowledge on website analytics tools and social media management.
- Ability to work during weekends and availability to work long hours when situations demand
