MANAGER LEGAL - KANRICH FINANCE LTD
Should be below 40 years Of age with an attorney-at law and notaries license in English with a LLB degree, Masters in Law would be considered as an added advantage. Should possess at least 8 to 9 years of experience with 3 years in the Managerial level in the corporate sector preferably in the Banking or Financial Industry.
Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in reviewing and advising the Management on legal implications Of internal policies and procedures, review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses Of actions to be taken. Provide legal protection and risk management advice to Management, provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff. Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise and manage external lawyers, continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise Management accordingly. Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that
needs to be brought to the Executive Management's attention
