MANAGER - IT SECURITY
The individual will report to Vice President - IT and will be responsible for IT Security within the
Bank. He/She will be responsible in designing / implementing / maintaining the Banks IT
Security Infrastructure.
The Job
• Analyze potential security risks in all areas.
• Develop plans to deal with incidents.
• Monitor and audit systems for abnormal activity and execute corrective actions.
• Conduct penetration testing or ethical hacking which involves internal and external vulnerability assessments.
• Implement and review IT Security policies and procedures for the Bank.
The Person
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' prior experience in similar capacity with overall experience over 5 years in Information Security.
• Degree in Information Technology/ Information Security.
• Knowledge in operating an ISOC with 24* 7 monitoring and response.
• Knowledge in latest Cyber treats and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge in best practices and standards (E.g.: ISO 27001:13, PCI, OWASP, and CIS Benchmark).
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, conflict management and communication skills.
• certifications such as: CISM, assp, CEH, IS027001:13 (LA)) would be an added advantage.
• Membership in professional bodies will also be an added advantage (e.g.: ISACA, OWASP, ISC2).
• Prior experience in Banking and Financial institutions with the knowledge in Core Banking system would be an added advantage.
