Manager (Engineering) - Swisstek Aluminium Limited
Responsibilities
Drive all engineering related activities in the plant.
Ensure safe innovative engineering functions while implementing
world class best engineering practices with cost effective preventive
maintenance programs.
Ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process by providing required maintenance service.
Ability to manage entire engineering team effectively while driving them to achieve departmental objectives & eventually the business
objectives.
Ensure that all relevant standards are maintained & developedwhich creating effective people engagement culture across the
engineering department.
The ideal candidate should have the followinq prerequisites:
BSc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic from a recognized University or equivalent.
MBA from recognized University will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance & Projects
Management in Manufacturing Industry.
Having Experience in PLC Programming & Troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Sinhala.
Highly Motivated and Results Oriented Team Player.
