MANAGER - CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY
Key Responsibilities
Strategic and tactical planning to enhance the Company reputation and elevate the corporate brand.
Develop and execute the public relations strategy to manage the Company image.
Enhance employee engagement through internal communication.
Develop and execute media and crisis management strategy, strengthening relationships with key industry journa lists.
Compose internal and external corporate communication, including communication to key
stakeholders, corporate branded material, press releases and digital content.
Manage and execute purpose-led sustainability / CSR agenda with a clear strategy in place.
Manage sponsorships, enhancing the corporate image and brand via relevant associations. Develop and communicate the Company sponsorship strategy and manage the execution.
Manage all corporate digital content and digital assets, including social media channels and the
corporate website.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in mass media communications / marketing/ sociology. A postgraduate qualification would be a definite advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a reputed organization.
3. Excellent writing and public speaking skills in English, with a strong command of Sinhala and/or Tamil.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
