The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and management skills, initiative and dynamism, supported by a sound academic background and a good knowledge in English. He should have a proven track record of minimum 5 years in a similar capacity. Experience as a commissioned/ gazetted officer of the armed services or police would be advantageous, but not essential. Should be between 30-45 years and residing in the area of operation.
