Management Trainee – Human Resources
We invite applications from candidates who are confident of meeting our expectations while possessing the following basic requirements, to be selected as Management Trainees.
Our Expectations
- A degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University.
- A candidate with an academic background in Psychology, International Relation / Public Relation would be an added advantage.
- Desire to learn and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizing and planning skills with the ability to work independently and target-oriented.
- Good personality and perseverance to ensure the deliverables whilst demonstrating interdependent skills.
- Characteristics and behavior needed to meet the challenges in Business.
- A high performer with an outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Be a good team player.
Candidates below 25 years of age with a passion for a challenging career who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
Selected applicants will be trained for a period of one year and will be paid an attractive allowance during the training period. Upon successful completion of the training period, the applicants will be appointed to a suitable position based on their performance and company cadre requirements.
