POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

JOB ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and result – oriented person to join our team in the capacity of Management Trainee.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

  • Managing all responsibilities related to COVID 19 Pandemic situation to ensure smooth business operation.
  • Assist to EPF/ETF related tasks for all employees
  • Maintain and handling the VOP process
  • Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a workforce.
  • Documentation and the personal file preparation.
  • Assist to organization development
  • Assist for employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
  • Assist to HRM for policy development and documentation
  • Liaise with HRM for employee relations
  • Liaise with HRM for company employee communication
  • When require assist for HRM for compensation and benefits administration
  • Assist HRM for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
  • Assist HRM for employee services and counseling
  • Carry out Staff and Executive confirmation process after six month probationary period and promotions. Maintain JDs and follow up to getting done it on time with relevant changes.
  • Representing HR participation for the EHS meeting and escalating relevant issues to the relevant HR executives.
  • Assist to HRM for sorting employee’s grievances by participating to the HR walk/ monthly employees meeting
  • Prepare service letters according to the requirements raised by the employees.
  • Maintain resignation list and VOP list and prepare final dues.
  • Prepare monthly carder reports for Global statistics / BOI and management reviews
  • Maintain JDs and follow up to getting done it on time with relevant changes.
  • Carryout the Performance Management Process for the Staff employees.
  • Organize Events of the Engagement Calendar timely and cost effectively
  • Organize & carry out the employee engagement activities
  • When require assist for HRM for compensation and benefits administration
  • Assist HRM for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Assist HRM for employee services and counseling
  • Manage uniform process and ensure uniform orders place on time and distribute uniforms for all categories accurately on time and timely payment of Tailoring Charges.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-Degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Experience
-Industrial  experience in HR with proper knowledge in HR process and systems with good PR skills will be an added advantage
Knowledge and skills
-Organizing and planning skills, communication skills, Problem Solving Skills, Working Knowledge in MS office package
Desirable Job Competencies
-Ability to effectively work with cross- functional members
