POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
JOB ROLE
To plan and execute the activities related to operations in production and packing while achieving the KPIs of the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the preparation of all the Packing SOPs for new products.
- Responsible for the SOP alterations relevant for Packing and General.
- Engage with all the packing related projects on Artwork changes and follow-up with Supply Chain till end of the project. Work closely with Artwork Centre related activities.
- Engage in all sorts of packaging projects.
- Follow-up the action plan for the customer complaints relevant to packing and do the necessary trainings sessions for packing carder.
- Do the RCA s and attend in required action plans relevant to internal audits
- Packing BOM preparation for new products and for packing material changed products and inform to Finance.
- Engage with the preparations of DP and PP for the new products while coordinate with the supplier.
- Serial wise tracking of OTIF on daily basis and publish report for the Management, when required.
- Daily GTN tracking and reporting to the Management when required.
- Maintain registers for 6S safety walk findings, customer complaints, barcodes, die plates and circulate among the relevant management personals.
- Attend in sanction submission when-ever required.
- Conduct required trainings or awareness sessions on GMP matters/ Safety Matters/ Packing related matters.
- Attend in any other activity, which is asked by the top management.
- Ensure plant in a safe to work manner
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- B. Sc. Engineering (production / chemical) Degree
Job Experience
- Preferred 6 month or more work experience
Knowledge and skills
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
- Good knowledge in MS Package
- Hands on experience in problem solving, root cause analyzing & validation tools
- Team player
- Initiator
- Go better; should be able to challenge and accept challenge.
