Job Role
Attending to matter pertaining and liaising with external lawyers.
Drafting and attesting lease, commercial agreements.
Drafting MOU, NDA and Contracts
Ability to cope with various aspect of legal work within the organization, attending court etc.
Assisting in company secretarial work, recovery matters, mediation boards, tribunals and preparing bid papers.
Conveyance with notarial experience.
Qualification,Skills and Experience
Should be an Attorney-at-law with atleast 2-3 years of working experience
Bachelor's Degree of Law (LLB) obtained by an well-recognized univeristy
Notarial License in English and Sinhala within the Colombo District.
Fluency in both English and Sinhala Languages.
Computer Literacy.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Positive attitude.
