Job Profile
- Analgsing the files referred to Legal Department and decide on the appropriate causes of action
- Drafting of court documents including plaints, answers etc
- Making appearances before court and Labour Tribunals
- Analgsing Land registry and property related documents and prepare title
- Drafting, reviewing and executing mortgage bonds, agreements to sel deeds other propertg related documents and agreements
Professional Profile
- Be below 40 years of age
- Be an Attorney at Law and a notary public with a License to practice in Sinhale and English Jurisdiction of Colombo
- Minimum 5 gears experience in a similar capacity preferablg in the banking / Finance industry who is in private practice in above areas
- Language proficiency in English and Sinhala
- Computer literacy
- High degree of self motivation with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
