Job Description
- Handing administrative work of the legal department
- Assisting in the review and / drafting of legal documents
- Ensuring that all agreements including tenancy and lease agreements of the company are valid and renewed before they lapse
- Assisting with company' Secretarial and intellectual property related matters
Requirements
- Qualification law students/ apprentices
- Bachelor’s Degree / professional qualification in Law
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages and Google Applications
- Entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced and pressurized work environment
- Understanding of commercial laws of Sri Lanka.
