Leasing Executive (Head Office)
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell leasing to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through clad calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled period
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department
- Keep abreast otbest practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- The ability to build productive business professional relationship
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
