Job Description:
• Supporting the talent acquisition process
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the onboarding & off boarding process
• Update the relevant HR information database on a timely & accurate manner
• Responsible for maintaining HR personal files & related documentations
• Assisting with leave & attendance management
• Assisting with training & development
• Assisting with performance management
• Assisting with matters relating to EPF & ETF of Employees
• Assisting with organizing & implementing employee activities & events
• Involving in adapting best practices communicated from the Global HR team
• Assisting the HR Manager to execute day to day tasks of the HR function
Candidate Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or T&D
• Minimum of two-years’ work experience in the field of
Human Resources (preferably in a Operations / Logistics / Warehouse Environment.)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work from Grandpass and Kelaniya.
• Should be a great team player.
• People person, pleasant personality with enthusiasm, energy, dedication and integrity.
• Excellent IT literacy skills (MS Office & Google Applications).
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives.
• Highly motivated & able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
