Junior Quantity Surveyor
THE ROLE
- Taking site measurements and preparing BOQ for quotations.
- Work out drawings and provide BOQ for quotations.
- Provide installation guideline with cutting plan and drawings.
- Site inspection and provide necessary technical details for PM before installation.
- Site supervision and coordination with project team and sales team.
- Measure and value the work done on site with project supervisors.
- Supporting for final billing & contractor payments.
- Attending site meeting when necessary.
- Provide necessary soft drawings for client and sales person.
- Preparing interim bills for ongoing projects
- Maintain proper recording of projects and assure the confidentiality of them.
- Any other task given by the management.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Sound knowledge in the interior trade.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Interior field /Civil construction
- Hands on experience in Auto CAD/ Ability to Read Drawings.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Must have valid riding License
- Wiling to travel outstations
