Junior Legal Officer - SMB LEASING PLC
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and filling legal action and all the other documents relating to money recovery process independently
- Appear in courts and other tribunals on behalf of the company
- Liaising with counsels, Instructing Attorney, Courts and registries, customers, inter-departments and branches
- Drafting, reviewing and attesting security and other Legal documents
The Person
- Attorney-at-Law, Notary public to practice in judicial zone of Colombo in English and Sinhala
- Minimum 02 years' experience in Litigation (Money Recovery Action) preferably in a law firm or
- Financial Institution
- Experience in title work and Land Registry searches
- Highly energetic and passionate
- Ready to work independently under pressure and able to adjust to multiple demands
- Natural flair to learn and desire to increase knowledge and skills
- Ambitious to rise in the legal field and committed to the profession
- Conversant with MS Excel and MS Word
- Team work and good PR skills
