JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - MBSL INSURANCE
The Job
- Collect, calculate, enter data and prepare all payroll documents/reports and process transactions efficiently.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain payroll operations as per policies and procedures of the Company.
- Cordinate activities and support initiatives relating to the successful implementation of the Performance Management process.
- Act as a HR Business parner in introducing and practicing HR Polices in the company from the staff sourcing to cessation of employement contract.
- Work closely with all parties to ensure seamless HR operations
The Person
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized university focusing a career in Human Resource Management.
- A recognized HRM qualification (part qualification would also be considered).
- Around 3 years of experience in a reputed mercantile establishment (applicants are invited from candidates with experience as well for a Junior Executive position).
- Prior experience in handling a HRIS would be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage information with utmost confidentiality and integrity is a must.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, English (knowledge in Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Highly self-motivated and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
- WIling to travel outstation and work long hours as and when required.
