Junior Executive
THE JOB ROLE
- Seeking a dynamic individual to join and strengthen the team
- Create awareness of the product features, services and rates to create and influence sales.
- Maintaining and preparing statistics and reports of Sales and financial data
- Dealing with Ground Handling Agents & Airlines
- Reserving space with the Airlines, and confirming pace to the shipper
- Update all the supporting documents to the system (HAWBs / Manifest etc.)
- Coordinating with airport staff to provide a smooth service to our customers.
- Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Updating customers with latest shipments status until it reaches the final destination.
- Providing necessary information to the finance department for invoicing.
- Ensuring timely collection of the payments
- Developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with customers and carries.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 2 years of Similar work experience in Sales & operations in air cargo industry
- Having relevant professional and academic qualification in line with the position, will be an advantage
- Ability to maintain excellent customer relationship with good interpersonal and presentational skills
- IT literacy (MS Office)
- Age below 27 years
- Interpersonal and presentation skills
